-they would lose their friends as they are so engrossed in keeping up with the trends that they forget about their friends hence in the long run,they will lose them.
-they will choose their friends and they will make friends with those,like them following the trends and those who doesn't follow the trends,they will not treat them as friends.
-their EQ(emotional quotient) will be quite low as they only make friends to certain people only
